Your Reasons – A Poem

Rationalize your reasons, criticize the ones you think i don’t consume.
Paralyzed in the place you chose to retreat,
then call me a coward for not suffocating in your gloom.
Lay your reasons out one by one and the answer will remain.
Weakness lies in you while you’re stuck blaming the universe,
 telling me i can’t abstain.
 Losing control caresses us all,
yet you turn it into your disease.
