Cutting a path
around Black Friday
shoppers, madness
due to a feminine necessity.
Grasping a pack
of Christmas cards, also.
Slowly filling them out
with love, one simplicity
I cherish during this time.

  1. Thank you for stopping by. Makes Hong Kong sound inviting around Thanksgiving. 🙂 Thank you for stopping by and I emailed my address!! 🙂

  2. I'm glad it brought a smile to you. I try to respect everyone and send any friends that aren't religious or don't even celebrate Christmas a card that is simple and not religious or even throwing Christmas in their face. Kinda of a “thinking about you during this season” type thing. 🙂

  3. Thank you!! Glad you stopped by.

  4. A lot came from Facebook. I posted last year that any of my friends that wanted Christmas cards to please inbox me their address. I had all kinds of inbox messages. lol. I would love to mail you a card if you want to email me your address.

  5. What a great reminder of what we should really be focusing on this season. I love how this evokes the simple joy in a timeless task. Well done!

  6. I wish I had lots of peeps to mail Christmas cards too!

  7. That's really nice. I, too, enjoy writing cards. I got mine done way early this year, and I'm thankful Hong Kong doesn't go in for the Black Friday madness. Kinda takes the joy right out of the season. Thanks for linking up. Don't forget to vote!! And if you haven't already, please email us your address if you'd like to participate in our ornament exchange!
