Pork Chop Casserole – Welcome Autumn Dish

Pork Chop Casserole 

need:    1 cup uncooked rice

1 can of green beans

1 can cream of mushroom 

3 to 4 boneless porkchop 

onion powder 

seasoning salt

Worchestershire sauce


Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. (I like Canola)  Pour rice in dish, spreading evenly. Pour green beans over rice. Place pork chops on top of green beans.  Sprinkle with onion powder  and seasoning salt. In a separate bowl – whisk together can of cream of mushroom, one can of water used from empty cream of mushroom can, and Worchestershire sauce until you achieve a creamy caramel color.  

Pour mixture over pork chops and bake at 375°F for exactly 1 hour. Let cool and enjoy!
