>BLURB<<
Ask yourself, what makes a villain? Is it a skewed moral code or lack thereof completely? Is it the motivation of darkness burning within their soul or is it how they choose to embrace it? To get what their black hearts desire, they may have to give in to temptation and consume the light coming their way.

Follow your favorite villains as they finally get a chance to unveil their side of the story. You may find the heroines painted a bit more vexing than you recall. As you take this journey, allow your mind to remain open and your thoughts might just surprise you.

You may find, you’re a villain, too.

We won’t judge you, if you don’t judge us.

Poem for The Sunday Whirl

It’s been awhile since I have written in my blog.  Mostly due to doing everything from my cellphone instead of my laptop. Here is my take for the The Sunday Whirl. Maybe this will be the week to pick back up on my writing.

Losing you is still too fresh

to work through all my grief.

My eyes sting with tears

I cannot shed, shock I suppose.

Trying to gather my thoughts

so I can remember your smile

long after mine has faded away.

It’s almost like betrayal

to live my life in peace.

The autumn chill is setting in.

Wish I could fly South for winter

and never look back on Spring.

Train whistle blows in the distance.

I touch up my make-up for no one.

Beside a tree trunk, I pause,

waiting for my mind to remember

how to inhale and exhale.

Breathing has become tricky

these days with you gone.

Wicca, Spirituality, and Hera

I discovered a page called Wicca- Spirituality and I just submitted a contribution to the Goddess Awareness Week 2018.  The question was which Goddess is your favorite and why.

Hopefully, my contribution is accepted and you can read it on the site. For now, I wanted to share this site with others who may be interested. Below should take you to the site and everyone enjoy your Saturday.

Thank You

La Douleur Exquise

La Douleur Exquise  –  {French}  literally means “the exquisite pain.”  It comes from a medical term which defines a pain that morphine cannot dull.  It’s meaning has become something used to describe that indescribable pain of being hurt by the one you love.   [Psychology Today

1. [French] The exquisite pain of theg someone you can never have but you know you will still try to be with them. It’s like drug effects…

La Douleur Exquise

Teetering on the edge of ‘us.’
Even with our dub highious start.
Proclaiming my love to only you.
Whispers of pleasure, longings
no other lover will hear.
Time spent laughing,
penetrates my thoughts.
Conversations replay in my mind.
It is madness.
Disturbing how you leave me
so unsure, so unclear.
Knowing what ‘we’ share
is magical.
How angry words spoken
didn’t tear me from you.
You are as much
a part of my life as air.
Wish I hadn’t already seen
how with no hesitation
you can turn, walk away
from me.
Saying there is no ‘we’, ‘us’,
is devastatingly harsh.

{Author’s Note… This poem was written in 2013 so I seen a lot of revisions that should be made. I posted it here the way I discovered it a short while ago.
